Cassandra, LMSW-cc

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2023 from The University of New England. My experience in the behavioral and mental health fields is inclusive of working with diverse populations in healthcare, outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. I have worked in a variety of mental health/behavioral health settings and with clients who have experienced a broad range of diagnoses and were all in different stages of their journey.  My approach is a mixture of evidence-based techniques, strengths-based perspective, and trauma-informed perspectives. I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and mindfulness-based therapy. Pursuing counseling services for yourself or your child can seem anxiety-provoking and overwhelming, and I understand that change can be hard to cope with. I aim to meet people where they are at in their journey and provide a safe and open space to process and support you in your path forward. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Taylor Paquin, LMSW-cc

I’m Taylor! I’m a conditionally licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping children, families, and adults navigate life’s challenges. For the past six years, I’ve been supporting people in finding their voice, working through difficult experiences, and building healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with children and families, but I also enjoy supporting adults who are going through transitions or want to heal from past traumas. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based techniques—but most importantly, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel understood. I believe that healing happens through connection. Whether we’re working on managing stress, improving relationships, or building resilience, my goal is to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to thrive. Outside of my work, I’m a parent myself and understand how complex, messy, and beautiful life can be. I bring that perspective into the therapy room—meeting you where you are, without judgment.

Excited to meet you!
