Our Case Management team is dedicated to supporting you through life challenges. Whether you are struggling with substance use, experiencing homelessness, or have a mental health diagnosis our case managers can help support you to access the resources you need to live a healthy and fulfilling life.  This is a MaineCare only service.  

Kristin Leahy, MHRT-C

Case Manager/ Community Integration Specialist

Kristin graduated in 2004 from Gordon College with a degree in Youth Work and a minor in Counseling Psychology, She spent 18 years both in the states and overseas working with youth and young adults in the community.  Kristin is a dedicated and compassionate case manager with a proven track record of making a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing challenging circumstances. With a deep commitment to advocacy and a strong background in working with youths, she has been a guiding light for countless clients seeking support and assistance. Kristin is known for her exceptional communication skills, which foster trust and build strong rapport with clients, empowering them to take control of their lives. As a case manager, Kristin has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues related to mental health, substance abuse, housing insecurity, and more.

Larissa Emery, MHRT-c

Case Manager/ Community Integration Specialist

Larissa Emery is the Case Management Team Lead and Program Development Coordinator at The Integrated Life. With a diverse background in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care to her work.

Her own experiences with trauma and grief have shaped her passion for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the lifelong impact of trauma. She is dedicated to ongoing education and advocacy, striving to bring ACEs research to the forefront of mental health care.

​

In her leadership role, Larissa is committed to empowering both clients and case managers. She ensures that individuals receive the support, resources, and guidance they need while advocating for their voices and choices. She believes clients should take the lead in their own care, with case managers providing direction and moral support along the way.

​

Larissa also has extensive experience working with parents navigating the Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) system. She understands the pain and challenges families face when home is not a safe option for their child. She firmly believes that people are not inadequate—the system often is—and she works tirelessly to help families navigate it with compassion and advocacy.

Megan Stinson, MPH, MHRT-c

Community Integration Specialist

Megan, originally from Milton, Vermont, has a strong background in public health and a passion for supporting others. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Educational Studies from the University of Southern Maine in 2022, followed by her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in 2024, along with a certificate in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety.

She has interned with the American Red Cross and MaineHealth Regulation & Accreditation and has over three years of experience working with adolescents in various settings. Megan is committed to empowering and educating clients, creating a welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and at ease.
