Our case managers are trained professionals who provide support through a strengths based, trauma informed lens. They work alongside individuals and families to navigate complex systems, connect with resources, and build a foundation of stability. Through collaboration and compassion, they aim to create a sense of safety, empowerment, and support as you work toward your goals.
Case Management Supervisor, Case Manager
Courtney
Courtney recently relocated to Maine from Massachusetts. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time outdoors—taking full advantage of everything Maine has to offer. Courtney earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Michael's College and has a strong background working with children and families. Before stepping into case management, she worked in a variety of school settings and served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an early intervention ABA program.

Corissa
Corissa was born and raised in Maine and graduated from USM with a Bachelor's degree in social and behavioral sciences. She loves baking, being outside in the sun, and doing arts and crafts is one of her favorite activities. She has experience working with both children and adults, and experience with BHP/RBT/ Ed Tech III in specialty schools. She loves snow!!
