Cassandra Warner, LMSW-cc
Hello! My name is Cassandra Warner. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2023 from The University of New England. My experience in the behavioral and mental health fields is inclusive of working with diverse populations in healthcare, outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. I have worked in a variety of mental health/behavioral health settings and with clients who have experienced a broad range of diagnoses and were all in different stages of their journey. My approach is a mixture of evidence-based techniques, strengths-based perspective, and trauma-informed perspectives. I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and mindfulness-based therapy. Pursuing counseling services for yourself or your child can seem anxiety-provoking and overwhelming, and I understand that change can be hard to cope with. I aim to meet people where they are at in their journey and provide a safe and open space to process and support you in your path forward. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Katrina Estes, LCSW

I am a mental health therapist. I received my master’s degree in social work in 2018 from the University of New England. In 2015, I received my bachelor’s degree in Holistic and Integrated Health from the University of Southern Maine. I also have a background in alcohol and drug addiction. Everyone deserves to be happy, but sometimes we may not have been taught how to be, or we might have experienced things that almost broke us. I am not judgmental, and my specialty is with people who have gone through trauma, struggle with anxiety, panic, depression, grief, suicidal thoughts or ideation, relationship troubles (abusive, infidelity, not feeling heard), rage fits, and people who grew up with parent/s who were unavailable, narcissistic, abusive or emotionally immature. I offer services to those who struggle with alcohol or drug addiction. Everyone is unique, so I might offer different modalities to address the specific needs of different clients, while always using trauma informed care. The modalities I use the most are inner child work, polyvagal therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR techniques, psycho-education around symptoms and triggers of mental health conditions, as well as teaching positive coping skills, offering anxiety reducing methods, self-regulation techniques, guided grounding exercises, and, a dash of humor to lighten things when possible.

Clinician
Sarah Harrs, LCPC-C
I work with people carrying the weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and questions of identity and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore your story, your current challenges, and the hopes you hold for the future, using approaches like EMDR, narrative, and person-centered work to help you move through what feels stuck and uncover new possibilities for healing.
I see therapy as a space to come home to yourself and step into life with a renewed sense of possibility. In our time together, you’ll be met with compassion and support as we make sense of your experiences, process what’s been painful, and create room for growth, empowerment, and emotional richness.
