Clinician (Telehealth Only)
Cassandra Warner, LMSW-cc
Hello! My name is Cassandra Warner. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2023 from The University of New England. My experience in the behavioral and mental health fields is inclusive of working with diverse populations in healthcare, outpatient, inpatient, and community settings. I have worked in a variety of mental health/behavioral health settings and with clients who have experienced a broad range of diagnoses and were all in different stages of their journey. My approach is a mixture of evidence-based techniques, strengths-based perspective, and trauma-informed perspectives. I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and mindfulness-based therapy. Pursuing counseling services for yourself or your child can seem anxiety-provoking and overwhelming, and I understand that change can be hard to cope with. I aim to meet people where they are at in their journey and provide a safe and open space to process and support you in your path forward. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Clinician (Telehealth Only)
Heather Gaylor, LMSW-cc
Hello! I’m Heather, a humanistic, relational therapist committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where you can heal, grow, and show up just as you are. I believe in the power of connection and offer a compassionate, down-to-earth environment that honors your strengths and the parts still finding their way.
My approach is somatic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR to help you move beyond cognitive understanding and into deep, lasting healing.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey that connects mind, body, and emotion. With warmth, humor, and curiosity, we’ll explore your experiences and rewrite your story in a way that feels authentic and empowering. You’re so much more than a diagnosis—you’re a resilient, whole human. I’m honored to walk with you on your path to healing.

While Katie's roots are in Applied Behavioral Analysis, CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, Katie is flexible and willing to accommodate depending on the client's needs. Katie offers a caring, judgment-free environment that allows individuals to speak openly about their experiences. She looks forward to working with you!

Clinician
Sarah Harrs, LCPC-C
I work with people carrying the weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, and questions of identity and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore your story, your current challenges, and the hopes you hold for the future, using approaches like EMDR, narrative, and person-centered work to help you move through what feels stuck and uncover new possibilities for healing.
I see therapy as a space to come home to yourself and step into life with a renewed sense of possibility. In our time together, you’ll be met with compassion and support as we make sense of your experiences, process what’s been painful, and create room for growth, empowerment, and emotional richness.
